When I was considering having children the first thing many friends and family members said to me was “kids are expensive.” For those of us with one or more kids, we know they weren’t only talking about affording college or a car. They were talking about small things such as going out as a family to eat or visiting places such as the zoo or a museum. Admission prices can be deadly on the wallet! That is why I was excited to see Experience Columbus is offering Experience Columbus Days to help save on dining out and admission rates. No need to take the hammer to the piggy bank just yet.
Perusing through the list of attractions, I was excited to see places such as The Wilds, COSI, Franklin Park Conservatory, and the Columbus Santa Maria. I recently took the kids to COSI and was thrilled to see their latest exhibit Adventures with Clifford the Big Red Dog (exhibits from September 25, 2010 – January 2, 2011). My children adore Clifford and I adore that during Experience Columbus Days, COSI is offering 50% off admission! Gotta love that type of savings!!
